St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store to Open in Long Beach on Monday, June 1
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul's local expansion continues when the doors of its new LONG BEACH Thrift Store will open to the public at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 1.
The store, located at 2750 Pacific Coast Highway (former site of Al Greenwood's Bedspread Kingdom), will be stocked with nice and affordable furniture, appliances, electronics, clothing, bric-a-brac and more.
As the economic downturn continues, the Society's store is a welcomed sight for shoppers seeking needed everyday items at bargain prices. Store revenue also will benefit the Society's various local outreach programs to help improve the quality of life for individuals and families in extreme-need.
Directions to the new store can be found by visiting http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=2750+E+Pacific+Coast+Hwy,+Long+Beach,+CA+90804&sll=37.509726,-95.712891&sspn=29.064218,56.601563&ie=UTF8&ll=33.791292,-118.159418&spn=0.007472,0.013819&z=16&iwloc=A
