“St. Vincent de Paul of Los Angeles does amazing work within the Downtown LA community by helping the homeless become self-sufficient,” said Mark Turocy, general manager for Angel City Brewery. “To support the work they do and free up some space at home, I’ll be bringing a few bags of clothes to donate and hope our beer lovers will do the same.”
“We are thrilled to be hosting Renew with Angel City Brewery for the third year,” said David Fields, executive director of the L.A. branch of St. Vincent de Paul. “Renew is a celebration of all things good for the planet and your neighbor. Yearly, SVdPLA diverts 200,000 tons of textiles and 800 tons of home goods from landfills, all through the donations from our community.”
Angel City Brewery brews for the greater LA area and beyond at their Downtown based brewery in the heart of the Arts District. The brewery’s Public House features a 19-tap bar that serves an ever-changing roster of classic and newly inspired beer, and is open seven days a week with a full calendar of events ranging from trivia nights to art shows, live music and festivals.
