The Society’s Los Angeles thrift store manager Carla Contreras presented shopper Joey Chavez with an official World Cup soccer ball last week, a $169 value. Chavez described himself as an occasional shopper at the Los Angeles store. “I just got lucky!” he said. Two more official World Cup soccer balls are available to be won in the stores’ drawing. Come down and fill out a ticket!
