Council's telephone room is where the donation process begins
When you call this Council to make a donation, do you every wonder where your call goes? It goes straight to our telephone room, where our efficient and courteous operators assist you with your generous donations.
Your address and list of donations are logged into the Society's computer system, which are then sorted by the drivers according to their routes throughout the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara.
We encourage you to donate to the Council, as usable items of clothing, furniture, appliances, electronics and more support the Society's stores in Long Beach, Oxnard and L.A.
Donations: 800-97-HELP-1 or 323-224-6280.
